1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted for:
Damaged or spoiled items at the time of delivery.
Incorrect items delivered.
2. Return Process
Customers must report issues within 2 hours of delivery by contacting customer support.
Provide clear images of the product for verification.
If eligible, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our discretion.
3. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method (if applicable) or as store credit.
Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders; refunds will be processed as store credit.
4. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for orders that are delivered in good condition but are no longer wanted.
